What I love — Insanely wild, complicated and rare watch from Chopard, packed into a rose gold case and signed No.1 / 50 on the back. The last known retail price of this watch was 107,600 GBP back in the 90’s… I’ll let that sink in! Having just returned from a mechanical service from Chopard the watch benefits from the remainder of their 2yr warranty and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
The case is in great shape with all engravings deep and lugs well defined. The movement is the highlight of course with the inner workings heavily skeletonised and hand engraved, exceptional in the metal! The watch is accompanied by its original 18k rose gold pin buckle.
What you should know — Has had a light polish in the past. The caseback features what appears to be a personalised engraving, ‘Nicola’ at the top of the caseback. Light wear on the case from use - chose not to polish at service.
