What I love — A rare reference and the first AP automatic skeleton, conceived in the 70’s, laying the framework for many references followed over the next 40+ years. The crisp case was made by Eggly & Cie with deep hallmarks present on the lugs. The French import hallmark can be seen, why?..well the watch was retailed by CHAMET in Paris, with the name engraved on the case back by the crown - a double signed watch.
What you should know —Overall condition is fantastic, there are light signs of wear. The watch is accompanied by a later pin buckle, however original AP. Recently serviced by my trusted watchmaker and coming watch only. 32.5mm case size, 37mm lug to lug.
