What I Love — A bit outside our usual wheelhouse, perhaps, but the passion for beautiful watches runs deep across eras and styles. This piece is striking from case to bezel, and one I’ve personally enjoyed wearing for several months. The dial is wonderfully preserved, with all creamy lume plots intact and a matching handset, both in color and under UV light. Under certain angles the dial reveals a deep, very dark brown hue, subtle but undeniably appealing.

The case is razor sharp, recently restored by a previous owner, and the bezel carries plenty of character with its bold fonts and even, attractive fading all while functioning perfectly. The 7206 rivet bracelet features a ’69 date code, pairing exactly as it should, and the clasp crown remains in excellent condition.

Overall, it’s a charming vintage piece—not especially rare, but easy to wear daily without worry. It comes with its paperwork, double-punched for good measure. We don’t offer many vintage Rolex watches, only a handful so far, but when we do you can be sure they’re ones we genuinely love, or have loved, ourselves.

What You Should Know — Small spots of discolouration in a couple of lume plots. Bracelet is not like a modern watch, there can be plenty of play in these vintage rivets, somewhat adds to the feel, however the pins have been examined and show very little wear so there is no concern of breakage.
