What I love — Pinnacle Breguet QP. One of very few perpetual calendars produced by the Maison in the 80’s, an exceptionally rare example, pre-series with smooth case back and incredibly well preserved.
The reference 3050 was produced in significantly less numbers than the VC/AP/PP of the same period with only a handful of early examples such as this one coming to market. The case is in incredible condition, all hallmarks and engravings crisp, the smooth caseback an instant indicator to Breguet collectors to the age and rarity of the watch (later and more common versions ft. engraved pattern and alphabetical series). The Italian dial is immaculate with the multiple guilloche patterns on display. The watch is accompanied by the original 18k yellow gold Breguet buckle and 18k yellow gold pin pusher on chain.
What you should know — There are very minor signs of wear across the watch, mainly in the form of light hairlines. There is some rosey patina developing in places. New lug bars have been ordered for the watch, current ones have seen some action (previous strap changes).
